If you cannot find your mSOL, work through the checks below and see which one applies.
If your wallet or a block explorer shows the transaction as confirmed, see My Transaction Confirmed But My Position Is Not Showing as well.
Check 1: Open the Position From Portfolio
This is the most common cause and the quickest to rule out, so check it before anything else.
Each product's unstake panel handles only that product, so opening the Native page while holding mSOL shows nothing to unstake.
Go to Portfolio and find the mSOL row.
Open the ⋯ menu on that row and choose Unstake to go straight to the unstake panel, or Open detail to open the Marinade Liquid page with mSOL already selected.
If your mSOL appears there, nothing was ever missing.
Check 2: Confirm You Are Connected With the Right Wallet
This is a common cause and quick to rule out.
Make sure the wallet connected to the app is the same one you staked from.
If your wallet holds multiple accounts, check that the correct account is selected. Wallets often default back to Account 1.
Compare the address shown in the app against the address that made the original transaction.
If the app shows your connected address as 11111111111111111111111111111111, your wallet is on a non-Solana network. See My Position Is Missing or I Cannot Sign When Using a Wallet App.
Check 3: Confirm You Selected Marinade Liquid (mSOL)
You only receive mSOL when staking via Marinade Liquid.
If you staked with Marinade Native, whether your rewards are paid in SOL or in a Recipe reward token, you will not receive mSOL.
Native staking creates a stake account instead of minting mSOL, so you will not receive mSOL in your wallet.
To receive mSOL, you must unstake from Marinade Native and stake again using Marinade Liquid. See Can I Switch From Marinade Native to mSOL? for the walkthrough.
If you did stake using Marinade Liquid but still do not see mSOL in your wallet:
Some wallets do not properly display SPL tokens like mSOL.
This is common with wallets that have limited Solana support, for example Trust Wallet, the Base app, Coinbase Wallet, Binance Web3 Wallet and MetaMask. See My Position Is Missing or I Cannot Sign When Using a Wallet App.
We recommend using a more Solana-compatible wallet such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack.
You can use Jupiter Portfolio to check your wallet address directly and confirm whether mSOL is present:
jup.ag/portfolio
Check 4: mSOL Was Deposited Into Another Protocol
If the checks above do not apply, verify whether your mSOL was deposited into another protocol, for example lending, liquidity pools, or vaults.
If so, your mSOL will not appear as an active mSOL position in Marinade.

Check 5: mSOL Was Swapped for Another Token
If none of the above apply, check whether mSOL was swapped for another token.
If mSOL was swapped, you no longer hold it.
Review your wallet transaction history to confirm whether a swap occurred.
