My Transaction Confirmed But My Position Is Not Showing

Why a confirmed transaction can still show no position in the app, and how to check what actually happened using a block explorer.

Written by Johnny

If your wallet or a block explorer shows the transaction as confirmed but Marinade does not show the resulting position, work through these checks in order.

Check 1: Refresh the App

The app does not always update automatically right after a transaction. Refresh the page and reconnect your wallet if needed before checking further.

Check 2: Confirm You Are Connected With the Right Wallet and Account

  • Make sure the wallet connected to the app is the same one you transacted from.

  • If your wallet holds multiple accounts, check the correct one is selected. Wallets often default back to Account 1.

  • Compare the address shown in the app against the address that made the transaction.

Check 3: Look in the Right Place

Marinade Native positions, mSOL from Marinade Liquid, and USDC Vault positions each show in a different part of the app. Confirm you are checking the tab that matches how you staked. If mSOL specifically is missing, see My mSOL Is Missing From My Positions.

Check 4: Confirm What the Transaction Actually Did

We do not show a transaction history in the app. To see exactly what a transaction did, look it up directly:

  • Open https://solscan.io/account/YOUR_ADDRESS for a full history of your address, or search the transaction signature directly on Solscan.

  • Confirm the transaction is the instruction you expect (for example a stake deposit, not an approval or an unrelated transfer) and that it did not fail partway.

Check 5: Rule Out Browser or Extension Issues

Try an incognito or private window, or a different browser. Wallet browser extensions and cached page data occasionally cause the app to display stale information.

If none of these explain what you are seeing, start a conversation with us and include your wallet address and the transaction signature. See What to Include When You Contact Support.

FAQ

Q: Where can I see my transaction history?
A: Marinade does not display a transaction history in the app. Use a block explorer like Solscan with your wallet address or the transaction signature.

Q: My wallet says the transaction succeeded. Does that mean my position updated?
A: Not always. The transaction can succeed on-chain while the app has not yet refreshed, or while you are looking at the wrong wallet, account, or tab. Confirm using the checks above.
