Why Is My Staking Rewards Report Empty or Missing Data?

Understand why your rewards report may show no data or fewer records than expected.

Seeing “No rewards found” does not necessarily mean something is wrong.

Common reasons include:

1. Unsupported Staking Type

The Staking Rewards Report currently supports Marinade native staking only, including:

  • Max Yield

  • Select

Rewards from other staking methods, liquid staking (mSOL), or third-party protocols are not included.

2. Wallet Visibility

The report only shows data associated with the connected wallet.

If your assets are:

  • Deposited into DeFi protocols

  • Held in a different wallet

  • Not directly visible in the connected wallet

They may not appear in the report.

3. Data Has Not Been Requested or Refreshed

The report does not update automatically.
If you haven’t requested data (or refreshed it recently), records may not appear yet.

4. Epoch Timing

Solana staking rewards accrue per epoch (typically ~2 days).
When grouping results by Day, rewards may appear only every couple of days rather than daily.


What to Do If You Think Data Is Missing

If you’re confident rewards should appear but don’t, please contact us via Discord or the Help Center and include:

  • Your wallet address

  • Approximate staking timeframe and amount

  • Your email address

  • Any relevant transaction links (if available)

This helps us investigate more quickly.
