Seeing "No rewards found" does not necessarily mean something is wrong.
Common reasons include:
1. Have You Requested Fresh Data and Reloaded?
Click Request latest data, then reload the app in your browser and reopen the Rewards tab. The reload shows the current state, either the updated report if indexing already finished, or "your Staking Rewards Data is being prepared" if it's still running. Skipping the reload after requesting is the most common reason a month appears to be missing.
2. Did You Just Request or Refresh?
If the Rewards tab shows "your Staking Rewards Data is being prepared", a request is actively indexing, that does not mean something is wrong. This can take up to 24 hours. Wait for it to finish before assuming there's an issue.

If instead the report has already loaded and shows a timestamp but no rewards, or 0, the causes below apply.
In the meantime, you can watch your rewards accrue on the Portfolio page, which shows a chart of your rewards over time and does not depend on this report.
3. Unsupported Payout Type
The Staking Rewards Report currently supports Marinade Native staking with SOL rewards only. Existing Marinade Select positions are also covered.
It does not include Marinade Recipes payouts such as USDG, liquid staking rewards (mSOL), or third-party protocol rewards.
If your Native position is paid in a Recipe reward token, no report is generated for those payouts at all. They are airdropped to your wallet each epoch, so you can track them directly in your wallet's transaction history or on a Solana explorer such as solscan.io.
4. Wallet Visibility
The report only shows data associated with the connected wallet.
If your assets are:
Deposited into DeFi protocols
Held in a different wallet
Not directly visible in the connected wallet
They may not appear in the report.
5. Data Has Not Been Requested or Refreshed
The report does not update automatically.
If you haven't requested data (or refreshed it recently), records may not appear yet.
6. Epoch Timing
Solana staking rewards accrue per epoch (typically ~2 days).
When grouping results by Day, rewards may appear only every couple of days rather than daily.
What to Do If You Think Data Is Missing
If you're confident rewards should appear but don't, please contact us via Discord or the Help Center and include:
Your wallet address
Approximate staking timeframe and amount
Your email address
Any relevant transaction links (if available)
