Error: Something Went Wrong (Rewards Report)

How to resolve the staking rewards report error, including common causes and steps to take if the issue persists.

Why You May Not See Staking Rewards Yet

Before troubleshooting the error itself, it's worth understanding how Marinade Native staking rewards work, as this is the most common reason users don't see data in their report.

Staking rewards are not instant. When you delegate your stake, it takes time for your position to become active and begin accruing rewards. A few days of staking will typically not generate meaningful rewards data, and in some cases may show nothing at all. This is expected behavior.

Common situations where a rewards report will show little or no data:

  • You staked recently and have only been active for a few days.

  • You have a pattern of frequent stake and unstake transactions, which interrupts the accrual cycle and can result in fragmented or minimal rewards data.

If either of these applies to you, the report is working correctly. Simply allow more time for your position to mature and check back later.

Long Staking Histories Can Time Out

This is uncommon and affects a small number of wallets. It applies if you have been staking for a long time and have many separate stake accounts, or have staked and unstaked frequently over months or years. If that describes you, the report job can run out of time before it finishes indexing, and the page shows "Something went wrong while processing your data" with Retry not clearing it.

This is probably not you if you started staking recently, hold one or two stake accounts, or have made only a handful of transactions. In that case the causes above are far more likely, so work through those first and give the report another try in a few hours.

Your funds are not affected either way. Your stake and rewards are untouched and nothing needs to be withdrawn.

If it still fails after that, open a support ticket with your wallet address and a screenshot. We can reprocess the report manually, and it usually completes the same day. Include an email address so we can tell you when it is ready.

About the Retry Button

The Retry button on the error screen is intended to reload your rewards data. We are aware that it may not work for all users at this time and are actively working to improve this. This is related to the indexing of certain staking positions and affects only a small number of users.

What To Do If the Error Persists

If you have been staking for a meaningful period of time, have a stable staking position, and the error continues to appear after retrying, please open a support ticket and include the following:

  • Your wallet address

  • A screenshot of the error you are seeing

  • Your deposit transaction(s)

  • Your email address so our team can follow up with you

We may not be able to respond immediately, but every ticket is reviewed and you will be notified once your issue has been addressed. There is no need to withdraw your funds.

Checking Your Stake Independently

While you wait, you can verify your staking positions directly on Solscan without needing the rewards report.

To do this, go to: https://solscan.io/account/YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS#stakeAccounts

Replace YOUR_WALLET_ADDRESS with your actual wallet address. This will show you all stake accounts associated with your wallet, confirming your funds are safe and your position is active.

A Note on This Feature

On-chain staking rewards reporting gives you detailed transparency into your staking history. We are committed to continuing to improve it, and your feedback is genuinely valued as we do.

Recipe rewards are not included in the in-app Staking Rewards Report, which covers SOL-denominated rewards only. Track your Recipe reward payouts in your wallet's transaction history or on Solscan.
