Note: Customized rewards are not included in the in-app Staking Rewards Report. Use your wallet's transaction history or Solscan to compile your records.
This applies to all Marinade Recipes reward tokens (USDG, USDC, cbBTC, and others).
You receive your rewards once per Solana epoch, and the payout happens around the beginning of the new epoch. A Solana epoch usually lasts about 2 days, but there is no exact fixed payout time because the process depends on the network and on-chain operations.
After an epoch ends, there is a processing phase before your rewards reach your wallet. In simplified terms, this is what happens:
Collect rewards from all stake accounts
The program gathers the staking rewards from all the native stake accounts in your Recipe.Calculate each staker’s share
Based on how much SOL you had staked during that epoch, the program calculates your portion of the total rewards.Convert the rewards into your payout token
The SOL rewards are converted on-chain into the token your Recipe pays out in, using integrated liquidity.Distribute to stakers
Once amounts are finalized, your share is sent directly to your wallet as a token balance.
Because all of this happens on-chain and may involve multiple transactions, there can be a delay between the moment an epoch ends and the moment you see your rewards in your wallet. This is normal.
If you’ve just passed an epoch boundary and don’t see rewards yet, it likely means the system is still in the collect → calculate → convert → distribute phase. Once that’s complete, your rewards will appear automatically.
Still not receiving rewards?
If you have received rewards before but they have suddenly stopped, you may have closed the token account for your payout token. To fix this, receive any amount of that token to reopen the account. Once active, your missed rewards will be airdropped retrospectively. Avoid closing the account to ensure uninterrupted rewards.
If you have just deposited and are expecting your first reward, please wait at least a few days before reaching out as rewards may be delayed depending on the timing of your deposit and the current epoch cycle.
