Step 1: Visit the Marinade App
Go to https://app.marinade.finance to begin staking your SOL.
Step 2: Connect Your Wallet
Click Connect Wallet in the top-right corner of the screen and choose your preferred wallet provider. When prompted, approve the connection by clicking Connect.
Step 3: Stake Your SOL
Click on the Stake SOL option.
By default, this flow stakes with Marinade Native and pays rewards in SOL.
To receive a different reward token instead (a Marinade Recipe), click the dropdown next to your reward token (shows SOL ⌄ by default) to open Choose your rewards. You can pick from Crypto (SOL, BTC, ETH, MNDE), Stables (USDG, USDC, USDT, EURC), or RWA (Gold, SPY, NVDA).
This flow does not produce mSOL. For mSOL, use Stake Your SOL with Marinade Liquid instead, reached from the Earn tab.
Enter the amount of SOL you want to stake.
You must stake at least 1.0046 SOL.
Note: Make sure to leave at least 0.03 SOL in your wallet to cover future transaction and priority fees.
Step 3B: Migrate Stake (for existing native stakers)
If you're already staking natively through your wallet, you can migrate your stake to Marinade. This allows your SOL to be delegated across a diversified set of validators instead of a single one.
Select the external stake positions you wish to migrate, then stake them with Marinade.
Step 4: Staking Confirmation
Congratulations! Your SOL is now staked!
