Marinade does not publish a fixed rate, because Solana's staking rewards change every epoch. What we can give you is the arithmetic, so you can work out your own numbers from the current APY shown in the app.
Yearly
Multiply your stake by the current APY.
Example only, using 5% as a round number: 20 SOL at 5% APY earns about 1 SOL over a year. Check the app for the real rate before relying on any figure.
Per Epoch
Solana pays rewards every epoch, roughly every 2 days, so there are about 180 epochs in a year. Divide your yearly figure by 180.
Using the same example: 20 SOL earning 1 SOL a year receives about 0.0055 SOL per epoch. That is the amount that actually appears every two days.
Why It Looks Like Nothing at First
This is the most common surprise, and the arithmetic explains it completely.
A small stake over a short period produces a very small number. At 5% APY:
1 SOL earns roughly 0.0003 SOL per epoch, which is a few cents.
10 SOL earns roughly 0.003 SOL per epoch.
100 SOL earns roughly 0.03 SOL per epoch.
Staking rewards are not a fast return. They are a steady annual rate paid out in very small instalments, and they compound. Judging them over a few days will always look disappointing; judging them over months is the fair comparison.
If You Chose a Recipe Reward Token
The same maths applies, but the reward is converted into your chosen token before it reaches you. Your stake earns at Marinade's rate, and that value arrives each epoch as USDG, USDC, cbBTC, or whichever token you selected.

Q: Can you tell me exactly what I will earn?
A: No, and neither can anyone else. The rate moves with network conditions every epoch, so any exact figure would be a guess. Use the current APY in the app and the arithmetic above for an estimate.
Q: I staked months ago and only earned a few cents. Is that broken?
A: Almost certainly not. Run your stake through the numbers above. A small position genuinely does produce cents per epoch. If the result does not match what you are seeing, start a conversation and we will check your position.
Q: Is the rate guaranteed?
A: No. Staking rewards come from the network, not from Marinade, and they vary. See What APY Does Marinade Pay?

A: Request a staking rewards report, which lists your rewards epoch by epoch.
