Can't Access the App? "Chef Lost Your Order" Error

Seeing a "Chef lost your order" error? This is usually caused by a browser extension or wallet conflict interrupting the page. Follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot it.

Written by CopyCat

This error appears when something in your browser interrupted the page from loading. It is most likely caused by a browser extension or wallet connection being disrupted.

Steps to troubleshoot the issue

Step 1: Check your browser console for errors

Open the browser console to check for error messages

Before trying anything else, check what error your browser is showing. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect, then click the Console tab at the top of the panel that opens. Look for any red error messages. If you see Extension context invalidated or similar, that confirms the issue is extension or wallet related.

  • Shortcut (Windows): Ctrl + Shift + I then click Console

  • Shortcut (Mac): Cmd + Option + I then click Console

Step 2: Troubleshoot the issue

Refresh the page and reconnect your wallet

A simple refresh clears the broken extension connection. After reloading, reconnect your wallet and try the action again.

Use an incognito window with only your wallet extension enabled

Open an incognito window, enable only your wallet extension, and try again. This isolates the issue by removing any conflicting extensions from the session. On Chrome or Edge press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac).

Disable other wallet or Solana-related extensions

If you have multiple wallet extensions installed (Phantom, Backpack, Solflare, etc.), disable all but the one you are using and reload the page. Conflicts between wallet extensions are a common cause of this error.

Disable ad blockers and privacy extensions

Tools like uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, and Ghostery can interfere with wallet communication. Disable them one at a time and reload after each to identify the culprit.

Try a different supported browser

If the issue persists, try opening the app in a different browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Brave, or Edge. Install your wallet extension fresh in that browser and try again.
