No! Any NFT claiming to offer a Marinade reward boost is a SCAM. Marinade does not distribute NFTs that boost your staking rewards, and there is no NFT you need to hold, claim, or interact with to earn a normal staking APY.
If you receive an NFT like that:
Do not interact with it
Do not click on any links it contains
Do not connect your wallet to any site it points to
Anyone can send an NFT or token to any Solana wallet, so receiving one means nothing about whether it is legitimate. Ignoring it is safe.
