Yes, you do. Marinade stakes to validator nodes running the MEV-optimized Jito validator client. Marinade collects and restakes these MEV rewards on the user's behalf.

For mSOL holders, MEV is added to the price each epoch once rewards are claimed and added to the stake pool.

For Marinade Native users, the MEV rewards are added to the user's stake.
